Charles Loescher

Charles has also developed many projects himself such as historical buildings located in Downtown New Orleans using Historical Tax Credits and hotel projects using New Market Tax Credits.  He has restored many free standing bars, restaurants and medical centers dealing with planning and zoning departments- solving compliance problems to rehabilitate and restore working operations.

Charles has experience in development of residential subdivisions, including the planning and organization of infrastructure placement needed to complete the development.

Charles is knowledgeable about the use of the EB 5 program (foreign investors) as a finicing tool for his clients large projects.

Over the past 30 years, Charles has owned many different types of businesses and  has the experience and knowledge to broker any size business his clients may want to buy or sell.

Charles has served on the credit advisory committee for Business First Bank, and has an excellent understanding of credit in order to facilitate commercial real estate financing.

Mr. Loescher believes hard work, 24/7 service and having good morals is the key to success.
He takes pride in having many business relationships throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area. He likes helping his clients and employees become more successful in life.

Charles has been married 25 years to Lisa and they have 3 beautiful children, Brooke, Madelyn, and Chandler.  He currently resides in Covington, La.
